Custom Residential

Custom homes built from your architect's drawings, or from the start of an idea, on a lot you own or one you are still choosing. Before a foundation goes in we look at the grade, the access and the utilities, and the land disturbance is covered by our Responsible Land Disturber certification. Inside, you set the finish level and we build to it.

  • Custom homes from your plans
  • Homes on your own lot
  • Lake and mountain sites
  • Site work and foundations
  • Custom interiors and millwork
  • Built-in cabinetry and trim

Large Remodels and Additions

Work on a house you already own, where the structure or the layout changes. Load-bearing walls move, plumbing and electrical get rerouted, and the new work has to match the house around it. Additions go up from the footings, tied into the existing roofline. Below grade, a basement becomes a bedroom, bathroom and living space.

  • Whole-house remodels
  • Home additions
  • In-law suites
  • Finished basements
  • Kitchen and primary suite remodels
  • Structural and layout changes
